It's now December! How long will it take to get my personalized stockings and Christmas items?  We are processing all orders the same or following day, and shipping personalized stockings within another 7 business days. In-stock orders are now shipping within 3  business days. You can check the status of you order by email at Lisa@ElizabethanChristmas.com. Please put your order number in the subject field. 

I'd like to order personalized stockings. How much extra is it to personalize them? Personalization  on each Christmas Stocking is Free, as it it for the tree skirts. Personalization for the angel tree toppers is extra.

I'd like to order Christmas Stockings, but where do I write the names for the stockings? After all the stockings and items you'd like have been added to the shopping cart page, click the "Check Out" tab. This will take you to the billing page. Once you've filled in your name, address and credit card info, look at the bottom of the page for the "Comments/Delivery" field. This is where you write in the names for each stocking. And note: unless you write otherwise, all personalization will be done in gold script, unless they are the blue stockings shown with silver trim.

What is your return policy for personalized items? Like all businesses who personalize items, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges. We simply cannot resell personalized merchandise. As the Web site shows, and our repeat customers confirm every year, we make a special effort to offer quality products that will last for years to come. Please keep this in mind when you choose your colors and trims.

Can you personalize my current Christmas stockings?  We can personalize your Christmas stocking only if it has a folded cuff. We charge $10 each, and add shipping.

Do you offer discounts on multiple stockings? We do offer discounts for more than 10 Christmas stockings. Please call for details.

Do you wholesale your Christmas Stockings? We are now looking for select Christmas Shop retailers who offer Christmas merchandise all year long. If you are interested, please email us your contact info, Web site and Tax ID to inquire about terms and wholesale status.

Is it too late for a custom order? We accept custom orders all year long, but must impose a cut-off date of November 15th. Please add an additional 10 business days to all custom orders.

Can I custom order a stocking with piano keys on the cuff, or in chocolate velvet and a boa fringe for my Chocolate lab? Yes, and yes! We have made both, and many others too numerous to list. What is your Christmas stocking dream? Let us know!

So many online and catalog businesses have cut-off dates for personalized stockings in mid-November. When is the best time to order personalized stockings? Since 2000, our business has been growing steadily. We are still able to sew stockings well into December, as we hire more seamstresses during the Holidays to accommodate the growing number of  online orders. But ordering early is still the best time to get the fabrics you want, and in a timely manner.
