Please Note:
Unless otherwise noted,
all personalization on Christmas Stockings will be embroidered in gold script.
Regarding personalization: if 2 names are requested for one stocking and there
is nothing listed on the order form for the additional extra name, the 2 names
will be embroidered on one line in a smaller font size. Because our suppliers
constantly change products, some trims may vary. Therefore, some stockings may
have a different style trim, but the trim will have the same color and quality.
Guarantee and Return Policy
Elizabethan Christmas products are guaranteed to your complete satisfaction.
Please note, however, that Christmas stockings are non-returnable. *
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied
with your items, you have 10 days to return before
Christmas for a refund (excluding shipping) or exchange.
All merchandise must be returned in its original packaging in original condition within 10 days
and received prior to December 20th. There will be a 20% restocking fee.

Lattice Stockings and Embossed Velvet Stockings.
There are no returns on custom
orders, returns
accepted after
Christmas, or on sale items.
Gift-Giving at Elizabethan Christmas
All of our products are gift-boxed in a lovely green box with the Elizabethan Christmas seal. For an additional
fee of $4.00 we will wrap the box with either a gold or silver metallic gift wrap. We will also include a personalized card with a special message at your request.
Also, if the gift items are to be sent to a different address other than your own, please be sure to tell us.
Standard Domestic Delivery
All in-stock merchandise will be shipped within approximately 5 business days of receipt of your order.
Personalized items may require an additional 5 business. We ship standard orders
either US Postal Service or UPS, and
all carriers must have a street address.
2-3 Day Rush Orders
For an additional charge, Elizabethan Christmas will rush your non-personalized order. It can be shipped overnight
using US Postal Express Mail to most cities for an additional $35.00. (This does
not include personalized items which require more time to make.) We also
require a street address for this service. Deliveries to Alaska or Hawaii may require an extra charge, or may not
be eligible for rush orders.
International Orders
As noted on the billing page, if we ship to your country the shipping rate will be double
and charged to your account accordingly . If charges
exceed this, we will contact you via email and await approval before shipping.
If we are unable to ship to your location we will contact you via email.
